Meet our Therapists & Teachers

Music Therapist and Creative Arts Therapist, Adrienne Borneman, MT-BC, LCAT

Adrienne joined our Smile Crew in November or 2018! 


Adriennne brings over 7 years of experience working with children and adults with special needs and various health challenges in the Rochester area. She has a Bachelors degree in Music Education from Roberts Wesleyan College and Masters of Science in Creative Arts Therapy from Nazareth College with a focus on music therapy. She received her board certification in Music Therapy and is a licensed Creative Arts Therapist.  


Music Educator and Specialist Amy Boulrice


Amy is the lead teacher of our Summer Music Camp each year.  She specializes in early childhood music and during the school year is the director of Lil Bo's Musical Preschool in Holland Patent. She also performs as the character Mrs. B Flat at special events and on our KEYS Kids Network program.




Music Specialist Donna Mucks 

Along with being simply awesome, Donna is an award-winning teacher, singer, songwriter, author and KEYS character Miss Good Days on our KEYS Kids Network.  She is also the official trackside announcer at our Smile Experience events. 

She is a frequent facilitator and presenter for many of our workshops that we host for early childhood teachers, medical staff and parents. 


She has a Bachelors degree in Education and Masters in Remedial Math. She has released 4 albums and is the author of the book "Good Days are for Walking". She has kindly donated hundreds of copies of her book for our Music Toolkits and Care Packages.



Music Teacher Kimberly Nethaway

Kimberly is a retired teacher from the Vernon-Verona-Sherrill School District. She is the Director of the Oneida Area Civic Chorale, a 105 member community based chorus who presents concerts throughout the year for the community. She is an accomplished pianist and can be found performing at many local venues.


Kimberly teaches individual piano lessons for all students of all ages and donates the proceeds to the KEYS cool is that!? 



Harp Therapist Bambi Niles

Bambi is a former Registered Nurse and Certified Harp Therapy Practitioner since 2000, providing Harp Therapy to individuals and volunteering for KEYS and Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc., New Hartford, NY. Her specialty is to provide individuals with live harp music to soothe the body, mind and spirit.  

 She recently recorded an album with Grammy award winner Joanne very cool!
