Holiday Smiles
Each holiday season we collect, wrap and deliver Holiday Smiles Care Packages to the homes of kids battling cancer and hospital pediatric units in Central NY.
Each care package is filled with board games, delicious treats and holiday music that families can enjoy together, whether they are traveling to the hospital for treatment, in their hospital room or healing at home.

Our KEYS kids love it when our elves arrive at their front door to spread holiday love and cheer!

Annual Board Game Drive
Every year KEYS holds a Board Game Drive in Central NY to collect toys for our KEYS families!
​
Once the board games are collected, our awesome SMILE Crew goes to work wrapping the gifts and delivering them to the homes of our KEYS families!

Holiday SMILE Party and Concert!
Our yearly Holiday Smile Party and Concert is a blast for our KEYS kiddos! We have live music, games, a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, and more!

This year our Holiday Smile Concert will feature children's entertainer Corey Feldman from Music with Corey!
